Project Showcase - Spon Street
 
Client: Coventry City Council, Warwickshire
Project: A series of 16 interpretation panels in Spon Street, Coventry
Details: This project demanded a lot of diverse illustration skills; figurative, technical & architectural.
The brief we were given by the client comprised of a list of trades that took place in Spon Street from mediaeval times to the 18th century. We then carried out detailed research into the various trades, finding out what tools they used, clothes they wore and the environment they worked in, even down to the correct joint details in the timber framed buildings.
